Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Dependable and punctual
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Job Duties

Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
Provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, and company website
Greets and directs visitors to the community
Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
Resolves customer questions and concerns
