Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months of related experience or training
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work 9:00am to 6:00pm every other weekend

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and prospective residents with warmth and professionalism
- Handle telephone inquiries effectively and relay calls to the appropriate departments
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, ensuring the safety of residents and property
- Maintain visitor logs, document concerns, and report issues to supervisors as needed
- Receive and deliver packages and other items as requested
- Maintain emergency contact information and assist during emergency situations
