Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
two years experience in guest relations or customer service
bilingual in English and Spanish
excellent communication skills
ability to operate mobile devices and computers

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
two years experience in guest relations or customer service in a professional setting
bilingual in English and Spanish
excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills
ability to operate mobile devices and computers
preferred bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
preferred four years guest relations experience including bilingual skills

Job Duties

greet visitors and patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor
screen individuals entering the hospital to ensure safety protocols are followed
navigate guests to admissions staff or appropriate service lines
collaborate with admitting, valet, auxiliary, and security teams to improve guest experience
utilize mobile devices to process service requests efficiently
educate staff on exceptional customer service practices
assist visitors compassionately to foster a positive hospital environment
