Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- Ability to learn new applications quickly
- Must sign Driver job description and understand safety duties if driving a Sunrise vehicle
- Ability to follow safety and risk management protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain accurate records

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area greeting visitors, guests, and residents
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to facilitate meetings with prospective residents and families
- Greet potential job candidates and manage recruitment data entry
- Answer incoming calls within two-three rings with professional greetings
- Take and communicate complete messages accurately
- Offer community overviews and direct calls appropriately
- Manage appointments for residents and families such as hairdresser and transportation
- Send get well and sympathy cards to residents and families
- Order flowers and guest meals for resident move-ins
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support resident move-in and Customer Relationship Management activities
- Keep front desk and bistro area neat and organized
- Monitor bistro cleanliness and replenish refreshments
- Ensure music plays throughout the day
- Enforce community safety protocols and manage guest and resident sign-in/out
- Maintain resident and team member rosters and high-risk elopement list
- Respond to emergencies per Sunrise policies
- Update resident phone lists, move-in/out registers, and guest logs
- Prepare and process meal tickets and payments
- Manage mail distribution and resident newspapers
- Monitor office supplies and track team member paychecks
- Participate actively in team meetings and engagement programs
- Maintain compliance in all required trainings and policies
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
