Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods
- Able to reach and bend routinely and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Use the provided tools/equipment as directed by bar management
- Provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Assist in serving tables, food, and beverages
- Cleaning and bussing tables
- Serve canned beer and cocktails, soda, and refills
- Mix and serve milkshakes
- Serve food and beverages in an elegant and timely manner
- Maintain an organized workspace and cleanliness throughout service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Assist with special requests and dietary requirements
- Uphold the highest standards of etiquette and service protocols
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Other duties as assigned
