Job Requirements
- minimum 1 year experience in the food service industry
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs
- ability to walk or stand for extended time periods up to 6-8 hours
- must be able to safely operate all kitchen equipment
- must be able to read and follow recipes
- must be able to follow written and verbal directions

Job Duties
- greet guests and take orders for food and beverage products
- prepare simple foods and beverages utilizing company recipes and portion standards
- accept payment from guests and make change as necessary
- keep work area and surroundings clean using sanitation standards
- memorize the product menu available at each concession location
- assist in cleaning up and breaking down concession or kitchen areas at the end of events
- operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens
