Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food preparation
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills

- Must pass pre-employment background check
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making changes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during busy periods and loud environments
- Current Kentucky Food Handlers Card preferred
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and always provide exceptional customer service
- Take and prepare food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Operate the Toast POS system to process payments, coupons, and vouchers
- Check identification for age-restricted items in compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment in all concession areas
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment such as counters, coolers, ovens, and other food prep areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and hygiene practices
- Set up and close concession stands before and after events according to LSC standards and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and report shortages to management
- Promote concession products and upsell items to enhance the guest experience
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform standards while on duty
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guest questions about products
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during events
