- High school diploma or equivalent
- food safety handler certification or ability to obtain
- ability to stand and walk extensively during shifts
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- readiness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- good communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to work in varying environmental conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- similar venue experience a plus
- food service certification
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all concession areas, including prep stations, equipment, and storage spaces
- assist with stocking and restocking food, beverage, and supply items before, during, and after events
- support food preparation tasks such as portioning, assembling, and packaging menu items
- ensure all workstations are organized and fully equipped for efficient service
- monitor and dispose of waste properly, following recycling and sanitation guidelines
- clean and sanitize utensils, cookware, and concession equipment regularly
- assist with setup and breakdown of concession stands for events
- transport supplies and inventory between storage areas and concession locations
- follow all food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
- report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- support team members during peak service times to ensure smooth operations
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with staff and guests
- assist with inventory counts and help track usage of supplies
- operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance standards
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall concession operations
