Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years acting as a supervisor or similar role in hospitality or food and beverage environments
- Must have RBS alcohol certificate required by law
- Must have California food handlers certificate required by state law
- Available to work Thursday through Sunday in the month of May
- Ability to meet demanding work schedule including long hours if needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to give and follow directions and supervise staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated professionalism and radio etiquette
- Maintain neat personal appearance and adhere to uniform policy
- Demonstrate initiative and work under pressure
- Adaptable to changing environments
- Maintain excellent attendance
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a supervisor or similar role in hospitality or food and beverage environments
- Must have RBS alcohol certificate required by law
- Must have CA food handlers certificate required by state law
- Knowledge of various beers, wines, and spirits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to interpret and follow policies and procedures
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to give and follow direction and supervise staff
- Demonstrate initiative and work effectively under pressure
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to a changing environment
- Professionalism and radio etiquette

Job Duties
- Manages operations of concession stands and performs various concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience
- Set a positive, productive, and communicative tone as a leader
- Communicate effectively with teams and managers, providing direction and timely feedback
- Manage multiple concession stands, assist team members, and maintain a safe environment
- Greet, direct, and respond to guest questions and needs
- Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing
- Ensure proper product control and inventory handling
- Write reports at end of shift
- Teach and coach servers as needed
- Maintain neat personal appearance and adhere to uniform policy
- Work in a team environment and be a team player
- Ensure all guests receive a positive and remarkable experience
- Maintain safe and healthy work conditions by following sanitation regulations
- Assist other team members as needed
- Inform Operations Manager of disciplinary issues for final decision
- Work days, nights, and weekends as required
