Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage service
- Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and event days
- Reliable transportation to work locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role within a food and beverage environment
- Ability to supervise and lead others effectively
- Excellent communication skills with employees, volunteers, management, and guests
- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Basic math proficiency related to POS transactions and inventory management
Job Duties
- Ensure proper set-up of all concessions locations prior to doors including verifying inventory and sanitation
- Provide operational oversight for smooth, efficient, and profitable event execution
- Train new and current employees on property procedures and best practices
- Cover and back-up open positions to maintain service speed and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a safe work environment, address safety concerns immediately
- Provide ongoing assistance, training, and mentoring to event staff and volunteers
- Supervise beverage service including alcohol, verifying guest age and handling cash transactions
