Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage environment
- valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
- ability to work flexible hours including event days and evenings

Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food and beverage environment
- Ability to supervise the work of others
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to calculate basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages related to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory
Job Duties
- Ensure proper set-up of all concessions locations prior to doors
- Provide a high level of oversight and operational expertise resulting in smooth, efficient, and profitable execution of events
- Train new and current employees regarding property procedures and best practices
- Cover or back-up any open position to assure location is fully operational and company standards for speed of service and guest satisfaction are met
- Ensure work environment is safe and free from harassment or discrimination and address safety concerns immediately
- Provide ongoing assistance, training, and mentoring to event staff and volunteers promoting a positive work environment
- Obtain working knowledge of all concession locations including geography, equipment, evacuation procedures, and facility access
- Supervise the service of beverages including checking guest IDs to verify age requirements
- Assist in recording guests' orders and relaying them to the kitchen via POS system
- Observe guests to respond to requests and determine meal completion
- Compute meal costs, accept payments, and provide change
- Recommend menu dishes and explain ingredients
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Ensure excellent attendance standards
- Assure location equipment is operable and clean
- Identify and manage intoxicated guests responsibly
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Apply human resource skills in employee relations, coaching, counseling, and related paperwork
- Assist management with training, inventory, and special event projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
