Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a food service position
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
- Ability to obtain an alcohol operator's license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of hire
- Basic math skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in fast-paced, variable temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of one year of experience in a food service position required
- Previous point-of-sale or computer operation preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
- Ability to obtain an alcohol operator's license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of hire
- Basic math skills for inventory accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Manage labor and profit loss
- Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
