Job Duties
- Oversee all opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
