Job Requirements
- Experience working in food service
- minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- must be able to implement rules and direct employees
- ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- no college degree required

Job Duties
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and oversee opening and closing procedures of concession stands
- oversee daily operations of multiple concession stands in an assigned area of the ballpark
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system
- ensure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed
- assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
