Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and place orders accurately
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food and beverage supervisor experience desired but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making skillset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to resolve issues with employees or guests during events
  • Knowledge of food preparation, temperature control, and sanitation procedures
  • Strong leadership ability to set an example for assigned locations
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, special events, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Direct management of a diverse workforce in high volume environment
  • Oversight of areas generating anywhere from $8,000-$50,000 in daily revenue
  • Assure food quality and safety standards are being met
  • Manage inventory levels of assigned locations and place orders for each location for following event
  • Resolve issues with employees or guests during events
  • Set an example through strong leadership for assigned locations
  • Ensure compliance with food preparation, temperature control, and sanitation procedures
