- minimum of one year leadership experience
Job Duties
- manages the operations of multiple concession stands while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours
- greets directs and responds to guest's questions and needs
- understands menu offerings presentation and pricing
- ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
- follows food safety/sanitation guidelines
- enforces alcohol service policies
- processes refunds for guests when necessary
- makes sure concessions stands are prepared for doors with proper displays clean organized and uncluttered both before and during events
- assists in food preparation when necessary
- monitors stock levels throughout events assists with restocking at times
- ensures all essential paperwork/logs are completed correctly
- uses proper radio etiquette to communicate with coworkers managers and dispatch
- ensures concession stands are properly cleaned all equipment is turned off and building(s) are properly secured at the end of the event
- performs other duties as assigned
