Delaware North Sportservice is a renowned leader in hospitality services, operating concessions and premium dining services at one of Milwaukee's most iconic venues, American Family Field. This stadium, home to the Milwaukee Brewers since 1970, boasts a seating capacity of 41,900 and offers a vibrant and dynamic environment for both guests and employees. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one to two years of supervisory experience
- must be able to obtain a Milwaukee Bartending License
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- minimum age of 18 years
- standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
- ability to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bend, and squat
- ability to occasionally push and pull equipment and stock
- willingness to work outdoors in variable temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in the service industry or hotels is a plus
- at least one to two years of supervisory experience
- must be able to obtain a Milwaukee Bartending License
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Assign duties to scheduled staff
- perform some service tasks such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties when necessary
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety
- assist Concessions Manager with staff training and compliance
- monitor daily cleaning
- ensure associates are kept informed of any changes in policies or events
- complete pre-event responsibilities at assigned locations
- ensure all assigned locations are shut down correctly before clearing staff
- other duties as assigned
