Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of food service experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move throughout the facility
- Must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Verifies opening and closing inventory stand sheet and alerts management of inventory discrepancies
- Delegates and helps execute overall opening/closing procedures for assigned location
- Supervise, train, and assist workers in the preparation of all menu items for sale
- Process returns and voids in accordance with policies to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle and resolve guests' issues with their orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Inputs counts using the POS system/ maintains POS payment processes
- Ensures proper transaction control procedures are being followed
- Manage beverage ordering and receiving
