Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move throughout the facility
- must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 2 years of food service experience
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- dependable with open availability
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- basic math skills
- ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
Job Duties
- Verifies opening and closing inventory stand sheet and alerts management of inventory discrepancies
- delegates and helps execute overall opening/closing procedures for assigned location
- supervise, train, and assist workers in the preparation of all menu items for sale
- process returns and voids in accordance with policies to ensure guest satisfaction
- handle and resolve guests’ issues with their orders in a timely and efficient manner
- inputs counts using the POS system/ maintains POS payment processes
- ensures proper transaction control procedures are being followed
- manage beverage ordering and receiving
