Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- OLCC Servers Permit
- Food Handlers Certification
- One year supervisory or training experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move extensively
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 150 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Willingness to promote positive team environment
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- One year related experience in supervisory or training role preferred
- OLCC Servers Permit
- Food Handlers Certification
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and customer service preferred
- Clear and respectful communication skills
- Ability to speak and read English clearly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of sanitation, food preparation, alcohol service policies and safety standards
- Basic math skills for POS transactions, cash reconciliation, and inventory
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
Job Duties
- Assist Concessions/Warehouse Managers on duty in preparation for event
- Perform opening and closing procedures for event
- Oversee staff including Concession Stand Leads, Cashiers, Concession Cooks, Bartenders and Sub Contractors
- Communicate performance concerns to Concessions Managers according to company policy
- Provide high level oversight and operational expertise ensuring smooth, efficient and profitable event execution
- Cover any open position to maintain full operational status and meet company standards for service speed and guest satisfaction
- Maintain thorough working knowledge of concession locations including geography, equipment, evacuation procedures, and access
- Provide direction and oversight to concession staff
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and reporting for all concessions locations
- Ensure compliance with Hillsboro Hops and Northwest Roots Hospitality policies including alcohol service, food handling, sanitation, and safety policies
- Report compliance issues to Concessions Manager immediately
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Work evenings and weekends as required by event schedule
