Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Three years experience in food service
- Two years supervisory experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Must have customer service skills
- Must have leadership skills
- Current TABC Certification and Serve Safe food handlers permit
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years experience in food service in a fast-paced environment
- At least two years previous supervisory experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet production and service time schedules
- Exceptional customer service, leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current TABC Certification
- Serve Safe food handlers permit
Job Duties
- Assist concession manager in supervising and directing concession activities of stand leads, concession attendants and concession cashiers before, during and after events
- Ensure food is prepared and served promptly to guests
- Responsible for daily set-up and breakdown of concession locations
- Verify all product counts before, during and after events
- Perform all duties of each position in the concession location including cashier, runner and stand worker
- Manage stand personnel in a professional and efficient manner according to guidelines
