Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
- Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in variable temperature environments including extreme hot and cold
- Ability to work in confined and\/or narrow spaces
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance
- Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate with coworkers and guests and receive orders
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Enforces ASM Global\/Savor policies and procedures
- Ensures all inventory is counted before and after events
- Inputs all inventory counts in the POS
- Assigns associate duties
- Conducts pre-shift meetings
- Monitors production levels
- Must adhere to the ASM Global dress code
- Other duties as assigned
