Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in catering, concessions, or food service preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Must be able to work event-based schedules
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Required to work indoor and outdoor environments

Job Qualifications

Good oral and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Basic math skills
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment

Ability to understand instructions and guest requests

Job Duties

Serve food to guests with high level of customer service
Understand and practice teamwork
Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
Provide guests with a memorable experience by anticipating their needs
Assist with preparation and set-up of event rooms
Establish and maintain positive client relationships
Ensure health codes are followed
Prepare food and beverages for customers
Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol
Perform other duties as assigned
