Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk extensively
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by the event schedule
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to weather conditions and temperatures
- Able to work around wet and slippery floors, extreme heat surfaces, pinch points, tight spaces, and high noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule and work according to business demands
- Proficiency in writing and reading English
- Ability to understand and practice basic math fundamentals
- Ability to follow instructions and provide desired outcomes
Job Duties
- Assist with the set up and stocking of all concession stands, portable, and bar locations
- Maintain pars in all concession areas during business hours
- Maintain company standards of inventory control, safety and sanitation, presentation, and the quality of food and beverage items in all concession areas
- Ensure the cleanliness of all concessions by removing all trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Upkeep of concessions storage areas including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage and cleaning commissary dishes
- Maintain flexible work schedule as per business demands
