- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- food service certification
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk extensively
- flexibility to work some weekends
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- ensure inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality standards are met
- maintain cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- maintain warehouse cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
- work flexible hours including some weekends
- assist with setup and breakdown of concession stands
