Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification
- Ability to stand and walk extensively
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to adhere to food safety standards

Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Ensure inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
- Work flexible hours including some weekends
- Assist with setup and breakdown of stands
