Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Compliance with food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification
- Experience in venue or live event concession roles is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations including inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
- Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking process to maintain freshness
- Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
- Work a flexible schedule including some weekends
- Assist with breakdown of concession stands after events
- Follow food safety standards and company policies
