Job Requirements
- legally authorized to work in a bar where alcoholic beverages are served and consumed
- availability to work fluctuating schedule shifts including evenings and weekends
- reliable transportation to both work locations
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- ability to move throughout multiple building levels with product
- willingness to assist with cleaning and other tasks assigned by management
Job Qualifications
- interest in the hospitality industry
- basic knowledge of menu items
- ability to work under pressure
- teamwork and communication skills
- physical ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs
- ability to use walkie talkies effectively
- previous entry-level experience in a bar or restaurant is a plus
Job Duties
- assist with opening and closing procedures
- restock concessions stands and storage areas
- keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, nonalcoholic beverages, cups, napkins, candies, and ice
- communicate with concession workers via walkie talkies
- work under pressure in a loud, high traffic, fast-paced environment
- assist in cleaning concessions stands and storage facilities
- monitor and track inventory expiration dates and product disposal
