Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 1 year of experience in food service operations or logistics
- willingness to undergo ServSafe training if not already certified
- ability to work all home football games
- strong customer service orientation
- effective communication skills
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move through stadium terrain
- pass a background check
- punctual and reliable
- able to perform minor equipment repairs and handle machinery
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year experience in a food service role emphasizing operations or logistics
- experience in high volume stadium food and beverage service preferred
- live within 25 miles of Wake Forest University campus preferred
- ServSafe certified or willing to receive training
- strong customer service skills
- comfortable with on-the-job training
- effective communication skills
- ability to use machinery or work with team members to move heavy equipment
- ability to pass a background check
- good memory
- problem-solving skills
- availability to work all home football games
Job Duties
- Receiving product and equipment using a forklift, pallet jack, golf cart, or box truck
- restocking concession stands from the warehouse using FIFO
- stocking concessions, bars, popup location, and suites during events with equipment and food and beverage products according to pull-sheets or management direction
- performing minor repairs on equipment
- plugging and playing electrical and propane equipment
- assisting in all gameday operations as business needs dictate
- interacting with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
- ensuring hot and cold food delivery complies with food safety standards
- assisting with event disassembly and breakdown including inventory and warehouse organization
- working efficiently and independently to complete assigned tasks
- cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces, dishes, and food prep surfaces
- maintaining punctual and consistent work ethic
- running food on game-days
- performing other related duties as required
