- Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required
- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the corporate dining account
- Manage and lead a team of associates
- Ensure food quality meets superior standards
- Manage client relations and maintain excellent relationships
- Operate the cafeteria within the approved budget
- Collaborate with other departments within the operation
- Implement food and wine knowledge for menu quality
