Job Requirements

  • Minimum of associate's degree preferred
  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • ServSafe certification preferred

  • Operate the cafeteria within the approved budget
  • Collaborate with other departments within the operation
  • Implement food and wine knowledge for menu quality
