Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience
  • knowledge of food and wine pairings
  • operations management experience
  • purchasing knowledge
  • excellent communication and computer skills
  • ServSafe certification preferred

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
  • two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required
  • comprehensive food and wine knowledge with expertise in food and wine pairings
  • operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • excellent communication and computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
  • ServSafe Certified preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the corporate cafeteria
  • manage and lead a team of associates
  • maintain superior food quality for clients, customers, and employees
  • manage client relationships and communication
  • operate within approved budget ensuring maximum value
  • develop and maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments
  • supervise purchasing and inventory processes
