Job Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
- Ability to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm
- Strong operational and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site at Sutter Health Park, West Sacramento, CA
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Job Duties
- Understands all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing
- Ensure all concession areas have proper displays
- Executes all safety and sanitation standards
- Provides operational planning to ensure appropriate scheduling levels are met, as well as products ordered to service each concession event
- Builds and maintains respectful relationships with clients and guests
- Responds and assists in any departmental guest service issues
- Executes all menus, promotions as outlined by the Director of Operations/Director of Concession
