Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in culinary management, business management or related field
- 3-5 years experience in concessions management or related food and beverage experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS and timekeeping systems
- Experience training employees and volunteers
- Advanced inventory management skills
- Ability to order product for high-volume venues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Thorough knowledge of sanitation, food handling, alcohol service policies and safety standards
- Basic math skills for financial transactions and inventory
- Commitment to professional integrity and confidentiality
- Certification in food service sanitation and alcohol service training preferred
Job Qualifications

- Knowledgeable of sanitation, food preparation, alcohol service and safety standards
- Basic math skills for cash transactions and inventory reconciliation
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality
- Prefer certification in food service sanitation and alcohol service training
Job Duties
- Manage, develop and mentor part-time concessions staff including employee discipline
- Complete documentation of employee performance and attendance issues
- Ensure proper set-up of all concessions locations prior to doors including inventory verification and sanitation
- Provide operational oversight resulting in smooth and profitable event execution
- Oversee inventory management, product ordering and high volume sales
- Manage concessions operations before, during and after events including scheduling, cash handling, equipment inspections, guest complaint resolution, and reporting
- Train new and current employees on procedures and best practices
- Provide direction and oversight to concessions supervisors, cooks and cashiers
- Ensure compliance with alcohol distribution, food handling, sanitation and safety policies
- Report compliance issues immediately
- Conduct post-event evaluations, data tracking and reporting
- Maintain a safe and harassment-free work environment
- Communicate workplace expectations and provide ongoing training and mentoring
- Obtain knowledge of all concession locations, equipment and emergency procedures
