Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in concessions hospitality or food and beverage operations
  • ServSafe certification required
  • TABC or equivalent alcohol service certification required
  • Proven management experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with health safety and alcohol regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in concessions hospitality or large-scale food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Proven experience in budgeting financial reporting and cost control
  • Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • ServSafe and TABC or equivalent alcohol certification required
  • Ability to work nights weekends and holidays as dictated by event schedules

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily concessions and bar operations ensuring efficiency cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Lead train and motivate a team of supervisors bartenders and concession staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Work closely with event managers and venue partners to plan and execute successful events
  • Ensure consistency in product quality portion control and presentation
  • Develop and manage budgets sales goals and cost controls
  • Oversee cash handling procedures point-of-sale operations and accurate financial reporting
  • Monitor inventory levels conduct regular counts and manage purchasing to minimize waste and loss
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Maintain Spectrum's high standards of customer service and hospitality
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently ensuring prompt resolution of issues
  • Support venue partnerships and community engagement initiatives that enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure all operations comply with local and state food safety and alcohol regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to licensing training and compliance
  • Foster a safe work environment and adhere to company safety protocols
