Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in concessions hospitality or food and beverage operations
- ServSafe certification required
- TABC or equivalent alcohol service certification required
- Proven management experience in a similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with health safety and alcohol regulations
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in concessions hospitality or large-scale food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Proven experience in budgeting financial reporting and cost control
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities
- ServSafe and TABC or equivalent alcohol certification required
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays as dictated by event schedules
Job Duties
- Oversee daily concessions and bar operations ensuring efficiency cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
- Lead train and motivate a team of supervisors bartenders and concession staff to deliver exceptional service
- Work closely with event managers and venue partners to plan and execute successful events
- Ensure consistency in product quality portion control and presentation
- Develop and manage budgets sales goals and cost controls
- Oversee cash handling procedures point-of-sale operations and accurate financial reporting
- Monitor inventory levels conduct regular counts and manage purchasing to minimize waste and loss
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Maintain Spectrum's high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently ensuring prompt resolution of issues
- Support venue partnerships and community engagement initiatives that enhance the guest experience
- Ensure all operations comply with local and state food safety and alcohol regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to licensing training and compliance
- Foster a safe work environment and adhere to company safety protocols
