Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
- Bachelor s degree in hospitality management is preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties
- Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events
- Supporting the recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures
- Supervising operations during events and troubleshooting as needed
- Working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
- Proactively engaging in loss prevention processes
- Completing point of sale updates and regular maintenance checks
- Managing loss prevention activities including cash drops, cash variance logs, and Goods Out of Stock procedures
