Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
  • Bachelor s degree in hospitality management is preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties

  • Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events
  • Supporting the recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures
  • Supervising operations during events and troubleshooting as needed
  • Working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
  • Proactively engaging in loss prevention processes
  • Completing point of sale updates and regular maintenance checks
  • Managing loss prevention activities including cash drops, cash variance logs, and Goods Out of Stock procedures
