Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Requires at least 2 years of management experience in a concession facility servicing concessions for large events
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Serve-safe certified within 90 days of employment
- Obtain ABLE commission alcohol beverage permit within 30 days
- Meet physical demands including standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times a day
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Limited travel may be required

- Experience with Clover Sport, Mashgin, Grubrr, Canva, Daktronics Venus Suite, ABI preferred
Job Duties
- Hire and train all Food & Beverage servers, cashiers, and bartenders
- Plan, assign, and direct work for employees and non-profit groups
- Supervise concessions employees, non-profit workers, bartenders, and beer-tenders during events
- Ensure all concessions, bars and Scissortail market are properly stocked and staffed for each event
- Maintain labor costs and meet budgetary goals
- Attend internal event planning and coordination meetings
- Relay real-time updates and changes to relevant departments
- Serve as a communication bridge between Food & Beverage and other operational units
- Collaborate with department leads to adjust staffing and service plans
- Ensure all concession-related changes are implemented promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and annual maintenance of concession equipment
- Comply with Health Department and ABLE Commission regulations
- Develop creative marketing strategies and sales displays
- Update and post menus on digital menu platforms
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency
- Maintain hands-on presence with staff and customers during events
- Order products, equipment, and manage uniform inventory
- Oversee inventory control processes
- Manage beverage ordering and receiving
- Oversee inventory, sales, and operations for Scissortail Market
- Monitor product availability and coordinate restocking
- Analyze sales trends to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue
- Perform other duties as assigned
