Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must meet the physical demands of this job including standing and walking for extended periods, exposure to noise, and lifting up to 50 lbs multiple times a day
- Serve-safe certified within 90 days of employment
- ABLE commission alcohol beverage permit within 30 days
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in a concession facility servicing concessions for large events
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members
- Results oriented individual with ability to meet required budgetary goals
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- Ability to be creative with marketing presentations and maintain a quality product
- Attention to detail and service oriented
- Serve-safe certified within 90 days of employment
- ABLE commission alcohol beverage permit within 30 days
Job Duties
- Hire and train all Food and Beverage servers, cashiers, and bartenders
- Plan, assign, and direct work for employees and non-profit groups
- Supervise concessions employees, non-profit workers, bartenders, and beer-tenders during events
- Ensure all concessions, bars and Scissortail market are properly stocked and staffed for each event
- Maintain labor costs and meet budgetary goals
- Attend internal event planning and coordination meetings to stay informed about upcoming events, operational needs, and client expectations
- Relay real-time updates, changes, and critical information from meetings to all relevant departments to ensure alignment and preparedness
