Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook products according to recipe specifications and food safety sanitation guidelines
  • Know menu items specific to position
  • Possess fundamental skills of the kitchen including seasoning, knife skills and organization
  • Understand and follow production and location appearance guidelines
  • Act with urgency and provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests
  • Practice proper product control and handle inventory and equipment carefully
  • Adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
  • Complete all set-up and breakdown responsibilities thoroughly
  • Employ good safety and sanitation practices
  • Display a positive attitude toward teammates, managers, and other groups
  • Be punctual and ready to perform all required duties
  • Assist fellow team members when necessary
  • Stand for long periods and engage physically with guests
  • Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as required
  • React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations
  • Demonstrate physical stamina and agility to be mobile throughout the day
  • Lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly
  • Perform other duties as assigned
