Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration preferred
  • high level of computer literacy
  • passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and some travel
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods in all weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events
  • supporting the recruitment and training of team members in our standard operating procedures
  • supervising operations during the event and troubleshooting where needed
  • overseeing service standards during events to ensure a high level of the guest experience
  • managing and resolving guest complaints
  • working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
  • completing point of sale updates and regular maintenance checks
