Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration preferred
- high level of computer literacy
- passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and some travel
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events
- supporting the recruitment and training of team members in our standard operating procedures
- supervising operations during the event and troubleshooting where needed
- overseeing service standards during events to ensure a high level of the guest experience
- managing and resolving guest complaints
- working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
- completing point of sale updates and regular maintenance checks
