- ServeSafe certified
- Strong orientation to customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
- Good numerical skills for handling monetary transactions
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Pass credit and criminal background check

Job Duties
- Fulfilling each guest's order
- Maintaining all concession equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
- Ensuring attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service
- Performing hands-on food and beverage service
- Collaborating with Food & Beverage Manager, Supervisors, and other convention center employees
- Undertaking and completing multiple tasks as assigned
- Complying with health and safety standards including ServeSafe certification
