Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation preferred
- valid food handling certificate if applicable by state and federal laws
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent attendance record
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Able to operate standard kitchen equipment including deep fryer, flattop grill, chargrill, broiler, steamer, convection oven, mixer, meat slicer and chef knife
- ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests
- ability to speak, read and write in English
- ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- possess a valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations
- possess thorough working knowledge of applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, and safety standards pertaining to venue concession operations
- ability to adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality
Job Duties
- Provide high quality fresh food products in a timely manner
- prepare hot and cold foods following company recipes and portioning requirements
- participate as a team player with specific responsibilities related to preparation, service, and delivery
- report any maintenance required for kitchen equipment
- maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- observe and test foods to ensure proper cooking
- portion, arrange and garnish food plates for delivery to guests
- consult with Stand Lead and Concessions Manager to plan menus and estimate food consumption
- demonstrate excellent attendance
