Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Relevant experience in food preparation
  • Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Valid food handling certificate if required
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • Excellent attendance and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Relevant work experience in food preparation
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment including deep fryer, flattop grill, chargrill, broiler, steamer, convection oven, mixer, meat slicer, and chef knife
  • Strong communication skills with employees, management, and guests
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment
  • Valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations
  • Knowledge of sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, and safety standards
  • Strong adherence to integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner
  • Prepare hot and cold foods following company recipes and portioning guidelines
  • Work as a team player focused on preparation, service, and delivery of product
  • Report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
  • Observe and test foods to ensure proper cooking
  • Portion, arrange, and garnish food plates for guest delivery
  • Consult with Stand Lead and Concessions Manager to plan menus and estimate food consumption
  • Maintain excellent attendance and be available to work scheduled events
