Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Food handling certification from Fayette county required before first scheduled shift
- Kentucky Horse Racing Commission license required for all track workers, provided upon hire
- Willingness to obtain alcohol service training if not already certified
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and early mornings
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service

- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Ability to work long hours standing in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to remain calm and composed during busy periods while offering friendly service
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Certification in food handling and alcohol service training or willingness to obtain it
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings for races and special events
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency according to Keeneland Hospitality standards
- Greet and connect with customers with genuine hospitality, maintaining a refined and positive attitude throughout their experience
- Offer expert recommendations, take accurate orders, enter them into the POS system, and coordinate smoothly with the bar team
- Ensure timely delivery and correct presentation of all menu items, anticipate and respond promptly to customer needs and preferences
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and Keeneland's history, guide customers through service procedures
- Keep service areas clean before, during, and after service
- Strictly comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service
- Foster Keeneland's culture by promoting collaboration, respect, and high standards among teammates
