Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have two to three years of experience in fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant settings
- Must hold ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certifications
- Must be able to lift and transport items weighing 10-50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended stadium event hours
- Must be physically able to perform repetitive tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English
- Must practice safe work habits and follow safety regulations
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Physically able to lift and transport items weighing 10 to 50 pounds
- Availability to work all stadium events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient mobility to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Two to three years of experience working in fast-paced bars, high-end clubs, or restaurants
- Holding state and local health requirements for food handlers
- Possession of ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificates
Job Duties
- Provide supplies and items to bartenders upon request to ensure exceptional guest service in the concessions environment
- Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed
- Anticipate bartender and event needs throughout the shift
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- Report to work on time and be prepared at the start of shifts
- Follow operating standards as outlined in the policy and procedure manual
- Ensure prompt and quality service is maintained
- Perform other related duties as assigned
