- previous hospitality or barback experience preferred
- ability to lift heavy objects
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- willingness to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and as needed
- replenishes liquor, beer and wine in bar throughout the shift
- retrieves food items from kitchen and delivers to bar
- retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar
- sets up bottles on bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- ensures beer taps are working properly
- places appropriate bar snacks on counter and keeps supplies stocked
- assists in opening and closing side work as assigned
- buses tables in bar area
- helps maintain cleanliness and tidiness of bar area including washing, sweeping and mopping
- removes rubbish from receptacles
- prepares and serves beverages to assist bartender
- performs other duties as assigned
