Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
- Ability to work all venue events including extended hours nights weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to move and transport full beer kegs
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain California Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
- Ability to work all venue events including extended hours nights weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Bartending experience helpful but orientation and on-the-job training provided
- Must be pleasant courteous and enjoy working with people
- Must be able to work with others as a team
- Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Must be able to smile maintain positive body language and provide positive guest service
- Must be able to make generalizations evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
- Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements
Job Duties
- Reports for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with a neat and clean personal appearance
- Must maintain a friendly positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- Help restock bartenders' inventory as needed
- Drain assigned bars and portables of gray water nightly
- Assist bartenders during service
- Maintain high standards of friendly guest service
- Work as a team with associates and other service departments within the stadium
- Maintain clean neat and safe work area
- Ensure prompt quality service is provided
- Communicate with supervisors and management
- Comply with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- Show flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
