Job Qualifications
- Two or more years' experience bartending
- Accurate cashier skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Bartending school or certifications preferred or comparable large venue/event alcohol service experience
Job Duties
- Oversee inventory management
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Provide excellent guest service
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items accurately
- Participate in bar set-up and closing procedures
- Handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
- Resolve guest issues with management assistance as needed
- Upsell products to guests
- Monitor and check guests’ IDs
