Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisory experience in fast-paced food service
Knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits
Basic math skills for inventory and cash handling
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to check guest IDs and comply with state/federal alcohol regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible availability including nights, weekends and long hours

Job Qualifications

Two or more years' experience bartending
Accurate cashier skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Bar Tendering School or certifications preferred or comparable large venue/event alcohol service experience

Job Duties

Oversee inventory management
Ensure total compliance with alcohol service policies
Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar areas
Deliver excellent guest service
Assist in set-up and closing procedures
Handle cash accurately
Resolve guest issues with assistance from management
