Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in foodservice or related field preferred
  • Ability to operate POS and handle cash transactions
  • Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in foodservice or retail preferred
  • Ability to operate Point of Sale systems
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with professionalism
  • Ability to serve alcohol in compliance with legal requirements

Job Duties

  • Sells concessions including soft drinks and food items to spectators at events
  • Receives money from customers
  • Serves alcohol within local and state laws and company policies
  • Operates Point of Sale system
  • Assists the Chef in food preparation
  • Performs cashier duties and maintains cash accuracy
  • Performs general cleaning duties including trash removal
  • Provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
  • Inventories and restocks supplies and food products
  • Sets up serving line and monitors food temperatures
  • Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated
  • Stocks pantries to correct par levels
  • Performs other duties as assigned
