Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Detail oriented and communicative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Previous food handling experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in basic food handling preferred
- Knowledge of food sanitation and customer service
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing procedures for each shift according to training
- Follow proper policy and procedure in accordance with food safety and FMC standards
- Verify and communicate proper inventory levels to the supervisor
- Interact with staff in a friendly and efficient manner
- Cook various food items comfortably
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
- Assist in other areas in the Concession department as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Concession operation
